Delivery & Formats
How long does delivery take?
Digital portraits are delivered within 24-48 hours. During very busy periods (Christmas, Mother's Day), it may take slightly longer.What format do I receive?
You'll receive a high-resolution digital file (typically JPEG or PNG) via email. It's suitable for printing at any size.Do you send physical prints?
We deliver digital files. You can print these yourself at any local printer (Boots, ASDA, etc.) or use online services (Photobox, etc.). This gives you flexibility on size and format.Can I print it large?
Yes! Our files are high-resolution and can be printed up to A2 or larger without losing quality.---
Customisation
Can you add my pet's name to the portrait?
Yes! Just mention this in your order notes and we'll include it.Can you include multiple pets in one portrait?
Absolutely. Send separate photos of each pet and we'll combine them into one portrait. They don't need to be from the same photo.Can you combine pets who never met?
Yes. We often create portraits featuring a current pet alongside one who has passed. Just send us the best photo of each.Can you remove the background?

Where should I print my portrait?

What size should I print?

Any frame shop can frame your print. Or buy ready-made frames from IKEA, Dunelm, The Range, etc. A simple black or white frame works beautifully.---
Gifts
Can I order a portrait as a gift?
Absolutely! Pet portraits make wonderful gifts. You'll receive the digital file and can either print it yourself to wrap, or send the file directly to the recipient.Can you keep it secret from the pet owner?
If it's a surprise, you'll need to source a photo without asking them directly. Try:- Their social media
